Asunnossa on kolme erillistä omalla lukollisella ovella varustettua makuuhuonetta, yhteisinä tiloina eteinen, keittiö ja kylpyhuone. Asunto sijaitsee Rauman keskustan tuntumassa, sekä suurten markettien läheisyydessä.

Taloyhtiössä on yhteinen saunatila ja pyykkitupa. Taloyhtiön pihalla asukkaiden yhteisessä käytössä oleva grillikatos. Taloyhtiöltä on myös mahdollista vuokrata pistokkeellinen autopaikka. Vuokran päälle tulee 45e/kk/henkl., tämä sisältää vesiennakon, sähkömaksut ja nettiliittymän. Vuokralaiselta vaaditaan laaja kotivakuutus. Asunnossa tupakointi kielletty.

A bright apartment with three bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom is offered for rent to companies or, for example, three students. The apartment is also suitable for a small family. The apartment has three separate bedrooms with their own lockable doors, and the common areas are the hallway, kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is located near the center of Rauma, and close to large supermarkets.

The housing company has a shared sauna and laundry room. There is a barbecue shed in the yard of the housing company for the common use of the residents. It is also possible to rent a parking space with a plug from the housing company. On top of the monthly rent there will be cost of 45e/month/person, that includes water, electricity and internet connection. The tenant is required to have comprehensive home insurance. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
