A tidy and spacious 27.5 m² studio, recently completed its pipe renovation, near Karhupuisto is looking for a new tenant. The nearest tram stops are right outside the door, and the metro is just a short walk away (650m). The diverse services and restaurants of Kallio are right next door.

The kitchen is spacious and equipped with an integrated dishwasher. The bathroom is also comfortably well-sized, with space for a washing machine. The entrance hall has a wardrobe with mirrored doors as well as two additional closets, so there is plenty of storage space. The tenant will also have access to an attic and a basement storage unit.
