To all leases less than 6 months in length, a 13,5% VAT will be added to the monthly price. The monthly prices include water, electricity, internet, linens, and towels.

Please note that there is an ongoing facade renovation in the building, currently expected to continue until approximately the end of September 2026. Only the windows facing the inner courtyard will be covered, and some construction noise is expected during daytime, primarily on weekdays and occasionally on Saturdays. A temporary rent adjustment will be agreed for the duration of the renovation.

We are looking for tenant(s) for a flexible rental period ranging from one month to one year. This fully furnished and equipped spacious 3-bedroom apartment offers comfort and luxury, even for a larger family. Amenities include a double bed in the master bedroom, a single bed in each of the two other bedrooms, a large living room area, separate kitchen and separate dining area, smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, dishwasher and washing machine, ensuring a comfortable stay for both shorter and longer periods. Located in Punavuori, Helsinki, this apartment is close to the city centre, Esplanadi park and St. John’s Church.

The Punavuori area combines charming architecture, trendy cafés, restaurants and boutiques, and easy access to the seaside. From the apartment, the waterfront and scenic seaside promenades are within walking distance, and the city centre is easily accessible on foot or by public transport connections.

--- Kaikkiin alle kuuden kuukauden pituisien vuokrauksien kuukausihintaan lisätään 13,5% ALV päälle. Kuukausihinnat pitävät sisällään veden, sähkön, internetin, petivaatteet ja pyyhkeet.

Huomioithan, että rakennuksessa on meneillään julkisivuremontti, jonka arvioidaan jatkuvan noin syyskuun 2026 loppuun asti. Vain sisäpihan puoleiset ikkunat peitetään, ja remontista aiheutuu jonkin verran rakennusmelua päiväsaikaan, pääasiassa arkipäivisin ja satunnaisesti myös lauantaisin. Remontin ajalle sovitaan väliaikainen vuokranalennus.

Etsimme vuokralaisia joustavalle aikavälille, alkaen kuukaudesta yhteen vuoteen. Tämä täysin kalustettu ja varusteltu tilava kolmen makuuhuoneen asunto tarjoaa mukavuutta ja ylellisyyttä myös suuremmalle perheelle. Asunnossa on parisänky päämakuuhuoneessa sekä yhden hengen sängyt kummassakin muussa makuuhuoneessa, tilava olohuone/oleskelutila, erillinen keittiö sekä erillinen ruokailutila, älytelevisio, nopea Wi-Fi, astianpesukone sekä pyykinpesukone, jotka takaavat viihtyisän asumisen niin lyhyemmäksi kuin pidemmäksikin ajaksi. Asunto sijaitsee Helsingin Punavuoressa lähellä keskustaa, Esplanadin puistoa ja Johanneksenkirkkoa.

Punavuoren alueella yhdistyvät trendikkäät kahvilat, ravintolat ja putiikit sekä kaunis historiallinen arkkitehtuuri ja helppo pääsy merenrantaan. Merenranta ja kauniit rantareitit ovat kävelyetäisyyden päässä asunnosta ja keskustaan pääsee helposti joko kävellen tai julkisilla liikenneyhteyksillä.
