A nice studio located on the ground floor near the entrance of the building. It is a comfortable living space with a functional bathroom and a wide window. The bed can be placed in the upper loft accessible through stairs, which makes the rest of the space freely usable.

The apartment is now furnished with a sofa, an armchair, a desk, a table and a matress. Agreement can be made to leave the furniture (at a low price) or unfurnish before the tenancy.

The rent comprises everything except the electricity bill, ranging from 10 to 20 euros a month. This also depends on the usage and the contract subscripted.

Free wifi (25 Mb/s) is available from DNA with a contract transfer (if a quicker connection is needed, other offers are available). The tenant must start a new electricity contract
