Siisti ja avara 27,5 m² yksiö Karhupuiston läheisyydessä etsii uutta asukasta. Lähimmät ratikat kulkevat oven edestä ja metrolle kävelee vain hetken (650m). Kallion monipuoliset palvelut ja ravintolat ovat aivan vieressä.

Keittiö on tilava ja varustettu integroidulla astianpesukoneella. Kylpyhuone on myös mukavan tilava, ja pesukoneelle on paikka. Eteisessä on vaatekaappi peiliovilla sekä kaksi komeroa, joten säilytystilaa on hyvin. Asukas saa myös käyttöönsä ullakko- ja kellarikomeron.

Taloyhtiössä on pesutupa ja sauna, joiden käytöstä asukas maksaa erikseen käytön mukaan. DNA Welho laajakaista sisältyy vuokraan.

Taloyhtiössä on suunnitteilla putkiremontti, jonka tarkkaa aloitusajankohtaa ei ole vielä vahvistettu. Arvioitu aloitusajankohta rapun osalta on keväällä 2026. A tidy and spacious 27.5 m² studio near Karhupuisto is looking for a new tenant. The nearest tram stop is right outside the door, and the metro is just a short walk away (650m). The diverse services and restaurants of Kallio are right next door.

The kitchen is well-sized and equipped with an integrated dishwasher. The bathroom is also generously sized, with space for a washing machine. The entrance hall has a wardrobe with mirrored doors and two additional closets, so there is plenty of storage space. The tenant will also have access to an attic and basement storage unit.

The building has a laundry room and a sauna, with usage fees based on individual use. DNA Welho broadband is included in the rent.

The building is planning a pipe renovation, but the exact start date has not yet been confirmed. The estimated start date for the renovation of this staircase is spring 2026. The apartment is primarily rented until the renovation begins, during which time the apartment will not be livable, but the lease term is negotiable.

Rent: €750/month + water fee €26.00/person/month, which will increase to €28.00/person/month in the summer. Deposit: 1–2 months’ rent. A credit check will be conducted. The tenant is required to take comprehensive home insurance.
