We are looking for new tenants for a flexible period of time ranging from a week to a year to this recently renovated and furnished 50m2 1-bedroom apartment just next to the Lauttasaari metrostation. The apartment is a fully equipped to accommodate tenants either for longer or shorter term.

An office desk and chair have been added to the furnishing, but they are not in the pictures.

Lauttasaari is a green and peaculy seaside neighbourhood only two metro stops away from Kamppi and Keilaniemi.

Kaikkiin alle kuuden kuukauden pituisiin sopimuksiin kuukausihintaan lisätään 14% ALV päälle.

Taloon on tulossa putkiremontti joka on aikataulutettu ajalle 2026 loppuvuosi - 2027 puoliväli.

Etsimme vuokralaisia joustavalle aikavälille viikosta vuoteen tähän kalustettuun ja remontoituun 50m2 kaksioon Lauttasaaren metroaseman vieressä. Asunto on täysin varusteltu soveltumaan sekä pidempi- että lyhytaikaisempaan tarpeeseen.

Asunnon kalustukseen on lisätty työpöytä ja toimistotuoli, mutta niitä ei näy kuvissa.

Lauttasaari on vehreä ja rauhallinen merellinen kaupunginosa vain kahden metropysäkin päässä Kampista ja Keilaniemestä.
