Kiinteistössä on kylmäsäilytystilat, ulkoiluvälinevarasto ja kuivaushuone. Taloissa on maalämpö, pesu- ja löylyhuoneissa sähköllä toimiva lattialämmitys. Ilmanvaihto on koneellinen poistoilmanvaihto.
Vesimaksu 20 eur/hlö/kk. 50 MT -nettiyhteys sisältyy vuokraan. Lemmikit ovat tervetulleita asuntoihimme. Asumisoikeusasuntojen irtisanomisaika on 3 kuukautta.

Keskivainiontie 2 features 14 right-of-occupancy row house apartments. The smallest units are 52 m² one-bedroom apartments, while the largest are spacious 114 m² family homes with four rooms, a kitchen, and a sauna area. Every apartment includes its own sauna. There are 14 parking spaces with electrical outlets available at €20/month.
The property includes cold storage facilities, a storage room for outdoor equipment, and a drying room. The buildings are heated with geothermal energy, and the bathroom and sauna areas have electric underfloor heating. Ventilation is mechanical exhaust ventilation.
Water fee: €20 per person per month.
A 50 Mbps internet connection is included in the rent.
Pets are welcome in our apartments.
The notice period for right-of-occupancy apartments is 3 months.

Smoking is prohibited in the apartments and on balconies for agreements made after September 1, 2020.
