The right-of-occupancy housing site at Työnjohtajankatu 8 is an apartment building in an excellent location near the services of Länsikeskus. All apartments feature their own sauna and a glazed balcony.
Just a few steps from the front door open up excellent outdoor recreation areas. The location is ideal for commuters, with fast transport connections, and it’s a quick bike ride to the city center along quality cycle paths. There are 8 covered parking spaces available (€30/month) and 21 outdoor spaces (€20/month).
The water prepayment is €20/person/month, with adjustments based on actual apartment consumption. A 50 Mbit/s internet connection is included in the rent. Pets are welcome in our apartments. The notice period for right-of-occupancy homes is three months.
