In English Koulutie 3, completed in 2010 in the center of Pirkkala, is a residential complex with a total of 38 apartments, ranging from studios to four-room family homes. The spacious and bright stairwell adds to the comfort of this peaceful building. Each apartment includes a private sauna, tiled bathroom walls, parquet flooring, and a balcony. Nearby Lake Vähäjärvi offers beaches, scenic jogging trails, and outdoor fitness stations.

The building includes a laundry room, drying room, outdoor equipment storage, and a private storage unit for each apartment. Parking is available in the garage (€35/month), on the garage deck, and in the yard (€20/month).

Water advance payment: €20 per person per month, with balancing based on metered usage. A 50 Mbps internet connection is included in the rent. Pets are welcome in our apartments. The notice period for right-of-occupancy apartments is 3 months. Please note the following:
