Monipuoliset sisäharrastusmahdollisuudet ovat vanhassa navettarakennuksessa, jossa nykyisin puuverstas sekä varastotiloja. Tilat on helppo muokata omien toiveiden mukaan ja tilan mukavuutta lämmityskaudella lisää puuverstaassa oleva pönttöuuni. Kahdelle autolle autotalli vanhan saunarakennuksen yhteydessä, jossa yhden auton pikasähkölatausmahdollisuus. Ulkosauna on ollut varastokäytössä. Isompia harrastusvälineitä varten säilytystilaa tarjoaa lato. Pihapiirissä lisäksi kaksi pienempää somaa aittarakennusta sekä juureskellari. Arjen kiireitä pakoon pääsee rantamökille, joka lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä päärakennuksesta. Päijänteeseen kuuluvan Vähä Kellosalmen rantaviivaa nykyisellään n. 60 m ja ranta on melko loivasti syvenevä. Suojaisassa poukamassa rentouttavaa meloa tai suplautailla. Vanhan navetan luona on aikanaan kasvatettu oma juures- ja mansikkasato. Puutarhaan viihtyisyyttä tuo mm. omenapuut ja viinimarjapensaat. Suurin osa myytävästä 7 hehtaarin määräalasta on varttuneempaa kasvatusmetsikköä, jonka lisäksi visakoivua-alue on nuorta kasvatusmetsikköä. Omasta metsästä marjat mm. mustikat ja puolukat sekä sienet. Mahdollisuus neuvotella isommankin alueen ostamisesta.
