Tilava ja valoisa energiatehokas unelmien omakotitalo suurella (1,2 ha) rinnetontilla luonnonsuojelualueen vieressä.

Talo on valmistunut 2008/2010. Rakennusmateriaalit ovat tarkoin valikoituja ja laadukkaita. Lämmitysmuotona energiatehokas maalämpö ja katolla omaan käyttöön sähköä tuottavat aurinkopaneelit (asennettu 2025). Sisältä löytyy myös upea vaalea varaava takka.

Päätalon lisäksi tontilla on 85m2 autotalli, jossa tilaa yhdelle autolle sisällä ja kahdelle katoksessa. Lisäksi tallissa sisällä tilaa tekemiseen tai harrastamiseen omien toiveiden mukaan. Talliin tulee sisään juokseva vesi ja kaappitilaa löytyy.

Laatat lattiassa takaavat sen, että kulku sisään märkien, kuraisten tai lumisten vaatteiden kanssa on huoletonta. Tilaa löytyy sisääntulon vieressä olevasta varastosta myös vaikkapa suksille tai muille urheiluvälineille.

Huoneita yläkerrassa on 5 + avokeittiö. Näistä yksi ns. päämakuuhuone, jonka yhteydessä vaatehuone ja wc sekä pääsy lasitetulle terassille. Myös toisessa huoneessa pieni erillinen vaatehuone. Ns. toimistohuoneeseen käynti olohuoneesta idyllisten ikkunallisten pariovien läpi. Muunneltavissa muuhun käyttöön helposti. Alakerrassa spa-osaston ja kodinhoitohuoneen lisäksi sisääntuloaula sekä yksi iso huone, iso vaatehuone sekä ns. tekninen tila ja kylmäkellari. Täällä säilytät vaikkapa hillot ja viinit viileästi.

Alakerran isompi huone tarvittaessa muunneltavissa monenlaiseen käyttöön omien tarpeiden mukaan, työtilaa, kuntosali, vierashuone, leffahuone, jako useammaksi huoneeksi tms. Mahdollisuuksien tilaa sitä haluavalle. Nykyisellään käytössä vierashuoneena, työhuoneena ja kuntosalina. Kaikki nämä sinne sopii.
