🔥 Sauna & swimming in the sea (avanto in winter) - with our own beach access

💡Philosophical and metaphysical conversations by the fireplace, goofing around the garden and singing/playing music.

🥕 Plus if you love vegetarian food (planet conscious) although we accpect conscious meat-eaters, too

🧘‍♀️ Yoga, meditation, movement practices, and spontaneous living room stretches

🌱 A garden that thrives in summer (you love gardening?)

☕ Coffee, tea, and slow mornings discussing life’s dreams and mysteries plus occasional Sunday brunches

We are a bit more than just housemates. We are a community. We arrange regular house circles where we do heart sharing plus discuss practical matters and make decisions. 🫶

You can commit to staying long-term. (short stays don’t work for us, but some cases considered )

Bonus points if you already have some community experience (but if not, we welcome beginner’s minds too!)

🏡 The Rooms & Rent

⭐ Room - 11 m ² | €380 cellar floor, small windows ⭐ Room - 15 m | € 530 first floor, big windows to garden and sea

🌍 Utilities: €80/month (includes internet, electricity, water, shared essentials)

🚌 7min walk to bus stop, bus goes every 20min to Herttoniemi station. The nearest grocery store is at the bus stop as well.
