The apartment appliances and furniture include: a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, iron/board, vacuum cleaner, microwave oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, kitchen utensils and bed sheets.

The building's facilities include a sauna, swimming pool and a bicycle storage. You will find all necessary daily services within a brief walking distance. Great public transportation options that include trains, trams and buses. Most suitable for students and/or employees residing in neighboring towns.
