You’ll love the place because of the location and the ambience, very quiet area and still so close to everywhere. Public transportation is 1 minute away from the main door, tram, busses and metro. The apartment is very spacious, and cozy. There are 2 bedrooms and an open kitchen. There is a great view to the in-yard garden. 2 adults and 2 kids fits nicely. As its first floor is easy to access, just few steps to climb. Notice that there is no lift in the building. We renovated this 1950’s apartment in 2011, so everything is quite new.

There is a common area: Garden. And laundry + drying room if you need to use. The apartment also has washing machine and dishwasher.
