I'm renting my lovely apartment from the 26th of August, while I'm going to Paris to study abroad. I will be back the earliest on 21st of December, but I might stay 'till the beginning of January.

The speed of the WiFi connection is 150M/b. Electricity, water, insurance and internet are all included in rent. I'm asking for a rental deposit of 500€ which you will get back, once you move out.

The building was built in 2022 and I'm the first resident in the apartment. The apartment is on the 7th floor. There are big windows and a french balcony in the apartment, which make the apartments very bright. There is a lot of storage place for clothes and things. The apartment has a really good floor plan and it feels bigger than it is, even thought the apartment has a big bathroom. The apartment is very modern and pretty much fully equipped and everything in the apartment is free to use.

The area has beautiful nature around it, as well as good connections for public transportation. The closest bus stops are pretty much downstairs and other bus stops and tram stops are about 7 minute walk away. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the center of Helsinki with a bus or a tram. There's a Thai restaurant and a small grocery store right downstairs and the area has a lot of other restaurants too. Three big supermarkets are in a shopping mall that's about 1 km away.

The neighbors are very friendly and there's a lot of families and pets living in the building.
