Looking for a new flatmate 🔎 ☀️

Room for rent starting on 1st February 2027 in our 3-person 75m2 apartment in Merihaka, close to Hakaniemi and Kallio, 100m from the sea.

The apartment is located on the fifth floor. There is an elevator in the building. Your room is around 20m2 for 580e/month inclusive of WiFi, electricity, water and home insurance. It is unfurnished. The room gets a lot of sunlight (morning sun). The window is towards the sea and pier (photo attached, of course furniture won't be there when you move in).

The apartment is spacious and comes with plenty of storage and living space. The shared spaces in the flat include a kitchen with dish washer & dining table, bathroom with washing machine, balcony and storage room. There is a sauna slot in the building once a week that we share (20e/month). The building also has a bike storage and extra storage underground for luggage. We like our shared home to be a comfortable, cozy and tidy space that feels like home for all of us where we can enjoy each others company as well as our own time and space.

You would be living with 2 great flatmates: Angelika, an environmental researcher, who loves hiking and travelling, and is always up for playing a game. And myself, Eliot, the main tenant and a postdoc researcher trying to understand Antarctica and its melt. I’m originally from France, quite sporty, enjoy cooking, and love being in touch with nature.
