Airokatu 1 / Melakatu 2 is located in the green Lentävänniemi area, close to Lake Näsijärvi. The neighborhood offers a grocery store, daycare, school, excellent transport connections to the comprehensive services in Lielahti, and fantastic outdoor recreational areas.

The housing company includes 39 right-of-occupancy apartments, each with its own yard and sauna. Apartment sizes range from two-room to five-room units. The property features a pleasant, child-friendly courtyard, a shared storage space for outdoor equipment, and a communal club room. Parking spaces are mainly located in front of the apartments, with several apartments having a designated parking space (€20/month).

Water is billed in advance at €20/person/month, with apartment-specific water metering. A 50 Mbps internet connection is included in the monthly charge. Pets are welcome in our apartments. The notice period for right-of-occupancy apartments is three months.

Renovations During 2023–2024, the property underwent wet area renovations, foundation excavation, and drainage system improvements. At the same time, kitchen fixtures and appliances were renewed.
