Yhtiön 33:ssä asumisoikeusasunnossa on oma asuntopiha ja sauna sekä huoneistokohtainen varasto. Asuntokoot vaihtelevat kaksioista kolmioihin. Taloyhtiössä on viihtyisä ja lapsiystävällinen piha-alue. Taloyhtiöllä on yhteinen ulkoiluvälinevarasto sekä kerhohuone. Suurin osa autopaikoista sijaitsee huoneistojen edessä.

Vesimaksu 20 eur/kk/hlö. 50 MT -nettiyhteys sisältyy vastikkeeseen. Lemmikit ovat tervetulleita asuntoihimme. Asumisoikeusasuntojen irtisanomisaika on 3 kuukautta.

Airokatu 2 is located in the lush, green neighborhood of Lentävänniemi, near Lake Näsijärvi. The area features a grocery store, daycare, school, excellent connections to the comprehensive services in Lielahti, and great opportunities for outdoor activities.

The housing company includes 33 right-of-occupancy apartments, each with its own yard, sauna, and private storage space. Apartment sizes range from two-room to three-room units. The property offers a pleasant, child-friendly courtyard, a shared outdoor equipment storage facility, and a communal club room. Most parking spaces are located in front of the apartments.

The water charge is €20/person/month. A 50 Mbps internet connection is included in the monthly fee. Pets are welcome in our apartments. The notice period for right-of-occupancy apartments is three months.
