Heating is provided by district heating.

A school and library are located next door, and a daycare center is just across the street. Naistenmatkantie offers excellent bus connections to Tampere city center and the airport. There are also great cycling routes to both Tampere and Pirkkala centers, as well as along the scenic shores of Lake Pyhäjärvi. There are 44 parking spaces with electrical outlets available at €20/month.
