Nuolemontien asumisoikeuskodit ovat aivan Liedon keskustan palvelujen tuntumassa, mutta kuitenkin lähellä luontoa. Pappilan asuinalue on rauhallinen ja soveltuu hyvin myös lapsille.
Kohteessa on yhteensä 23 asumisoikeusasuntoa, jotka ovat kaksioita, kolmioita sekä neljän huoneen asuntoja ja kaikkiin asuntoihin kuuluu oma sauna. Talosta löytyy oma häkkivarasto jokaiselle asunnolle. Autokatospaikkoja on 23 kpl (30 eur/kk)
Vesiennakko on 20 eur/hlö/kk ja tasaus tehdään huoneistokohtaisen vedenkulutuksen mukaan. 10 MT -nettiyhteys sisältyy vuokraan. Lemmikit ovat tervetulleita asuntoihimme. Asumisoikeusasuntojen irtisanomisaika on 3 kuukautta.

The right-of-occupancy homes on Nuolemontie are located close to the amenities of central Lieto, yet still near nature. The Pappila residential area is peaceful and well-suited for families with children.
This site includes a total of 23 right-of-occupancy apartments consisting of two-, three-, and four-room homes, each with its own sauna. Every apartment has a personal cage-style storage unit. There are 23 covered parking spaces available (€30/month).
A water prepayment of €20 per person per month is charged, with adjustments based on actual apartment water consumption. A 10 Mbit/s internet connection is included in the rent. Pets are welcome in our apartments. The notice period for right-of-occupancy apartments is three months.

Smoking is prohibited in the apartments and on balconies. Smoking is only allowed in specifically designated areas.
