Tämä vuonna 1990 valmistunut omakotitalo tarjoaa asumismukavuutta ja modernia elämäntyyliä luonnon rauhassa, mutta silti lähellä kaupungin palveluita. Kolme makuuhuonetta tarjoavat rauhalliset unet koko perheelle. Keittiö on jokaisen kokkaajan unelma moderneine laitteineen ja saarekkeineen. Lisäksi talossa on kaksi kylpyhuonetta, joista toinen yhdistyy kodinhoitohuoneeseen, sekä erilliset wc:t molemmissa kerroksissa, jotka tuovat arkeen sujuvuutta.

Taloa on huollettu säännöllisesti mm. katon pesu, ulkopylväiden uusinta ja ulkoseinien korjausmaalaus 2017. Varasto/autokatoksen uudelleenrakentaminen osittain lämpimäksi ja pihakiveykset tehty 2019. Yksi autopaikka löytyy lämpimästä tallista ja kaksi autokatoksesta. Autotallirakennuksessa on sähköautolatauksen varaus. Katto uusittu sekä alakerran kylpyhuone remontoitu kokonaan 2025. Yläkerran kylpyhuone remontoitu 2024.

Tontti on säilytetty kauniissa luonnontilassa. Lisäksi oma lämmin autotallirakennus sekä kahden auton katos tarjoavat käytännöllisyyttä. Erillinen saunarakennus, jonka tunnelmallisessa saunassa on sekä sähkö- että puukiuas, pesuhuone ja pukeutumistilat, kutsuu rentoutumaan. Sauna/sivurakennuksesta löytyy myös työ/vierashuone, pieni keittiönurkkaus jääkaapilla ja vesipisteellä sekä erillinen wc, jolloin etätyöpiste on fyysisesti irti kodista. Sivurakennukseen voi hyvin myös majoittaa nuorisoa, isovanhempia tai vaikka au-pairin. Saunarakennuksessa on myös takkahuone, joka tällä hetkellä toimii harrastehuoneena.

Sijainti Suvisaaristossa tarjoaa ainutlaatuisen yhdistelmän rauhaa ja lähellä olevia palveluita. Lähialueelta löytyvät koulut, päiväkodit ja kaupat. Bergön lintutorni ja Svinön venesatama ovat vain kävelymatkan päässä, ja yhteiskäyttöranta laitureineen tarjoaa mahdollisuuksia vesiharrastuksiin. Venevalkamaoikeus ja laiturissa mahdollisuus pitää noin viiden metrin moottorivenettä. Kävelymatka rantaan on vain n. 70 metriä, eli olet minuutissa veneessä. Lähialueen ravintolat kuten Gula Villan, Pentala ja Strindberg Haukilahti, ovat lyhyen ajomatkan päässä.

In English: Is this your dream home in Espoo's Summer Islands, in the middle of marine nature? This detached house, completed in 1990, offers living comfort and a modern lifestyle in the peace of nature, but still close to city services. The house was completely renovated in 2009, when, among other things, the kitchen, sanitary facilities, stairs, water pipes, electric cables were renewed, the heating system was changed to geothermal heat, the ventilation system was improved. The interior designer was Marko Paananen.

The house has been maintained regularly, e.g. washing the roof, renewing the exterior pillars and repainting the exterior walls in 2017. Rebuilding the warehouse/carport to make it partially warm and paving the yard in 2019. One parking space can be found in the heated garage and two in the carport. There is a reservation for electric car charging in the garage building. Roof and bathroom downstairs have renewed in 2025. Bathroom upstairs is renovated in 2024.

At the heart of the home is a spacious living room with a fireplace, which leads to a bright, lovely glass veranda, which can be used from spring to autumn. Three bedrooms offer peaceful sleep for the whole family. The kitchen is every cook's dream with modern appliances and islands. In addition, the house has two bathrooms, one of which connects to the utility room, as well as separate toilets on both floors, which bring smoothness to everyday life.

The plot has been preserved in a beautiful natural state. In addition, its own warm garage building and a two-car carport offer practicality.
