Oma lukollinen huone idyllisessä omakotitalossa

Vuokrataan lukollinen huone idyllisessä omakotitalossa Vantaan Päiväkummusta. Talo sijitsee rauhallisella alueella mutta silti lähellä palveluja. Asuintilat ovat kahdessa kerroksessa. Yhteiset tilat ovat keittiö, olohuone, takkahuone, kolme WC:tä, kaksi kylpyhuonetta ja sauna.

Huone on hyvässä kunnossa. Seinät ovat valkoiset ja lattiassa vaalean harmaata laminaattia. Vuokraan lisätään 20€ vesi- ja 20€ sähkömaksu.

Pihapiirissä on marjapensaita ja omenapuita, eli viherpeukaloille on tilaa harrastuksille. Talo on hyvässä kunnossa ja yhteiset tilat pidetään yhteisvoimin siistinä.

Own room with a lock in an idyllic house in Päiväkumpu in Vantaa. The house is located in a calm area but still close to services. It's a two story house with lots of common space and facilities: big kitchen with all appliances, living room, fire place, three toilets, two bathrooms and a sauna.

The room is in great condition with white walls and light grey floors. There is an additional fee of 20€ for water and 20€ for electricity.

There are different plants, apple trees and berries growing in the yard so there are possibilities to some gardening if that happen to be your cup of tea. The common areas in the house are kept tidy and clean by everyone living there.

Credit information will be checked but credit issues not necessarily a problem.
