The apartment is connected to multiple tram and bus lines to both Helsinki centrum as well as Pasila. The Machine Shop area just next door includes all the urban services. There is a great deal of parking opportunities on the street just in front of the apartment as well as on its immediate surroundings. The resident permit costs only 30€ per month.

The apartment comes with a 150 cm wide office desk, a comfy office chair, and a fast wifi, as well as both dishwasher and a washing machine which guarantee an efficient working environment. Tram stops for 9 and 3 are located 350m away from the apartment and the Mall of Tripla 1 km away. Bus or tram will you take to the mall in 15 minutes.
