Tammikuun lopulla vapautuu täysin remontoitu asunto juuri remontoidussa taloyhtiössä keskeltä Kallion syndäntä.

Etsin omistusasuntooni hyvää tyyppiä tai pariskuntaa joka osaa nauttia elämästä ja kodista, mutta molempia tasapuolisesti kunnioittaen. Vanhan puulattian vuoksi joudun valitettavasti sanomaan EI eläimille ja luottotiedot ois oltava kondiksessa.

Suosittelen kohdetta henkilöille jotka arvostavat kulttuuria ja hyviä kulkuyhteyksiä. Alakerrasta löytyy Kallion suosituin tapaamispaikka ja upea ravintola Harju 8 sekä kivenheiton päässä elokuvateatteri Riviera, vintage kauppoja, kahviloita ja muita ravintoloita.

Metrolle on 2min kävelymatka ja 3min kun jaksaa kävellä niin kurvista menevät ratikat ja bussit ympäri vuorokauden aina lentokentälle asti.

Asunnosta löytyy valmiiksi tiskikone, 180cm sänky, vuodesohva, vaatekaappi, taulu- TV, lipasto sekä keittiönpöytä ja tuolit. Vesi kuuluu vuokraan ja 2kk takuuvuokra sekä kotivakuutus vaaditaan. Vuokraan mielelläni kalustettuna sillä kalusteeni ovat suht uusia enkä haluaisi myydä niitä heti pois mutta onnistuu myös ilmankin.

ENG I am offering my apartment for rent in a newly renovated housing company in the heart of Kallio from the end of January.

I am looking for one person or a couple that knows how to enjoy life and a good home, but respects both equally. Because of the old wooden floors I, unfortunately, have to say no to animals and your credit has to be in condition.

I recommend this location for people who appreciate the culture and good public transportation services. From the downstairs, you will find the famous and vibrant place to be Harju 8 and a few other restaurants. Across the street are a movie theatre Riviera and lots of different kind of cafeterias, vintage stores, restaurants and bars.

The metro is a 2-minute walk away and only a couple steps further to the corner you will have trams and busses, that go around the clock all the way to the airport even.

In the apartment, you have a dishwasher, new 180cm bed, a sofa bed, a closet, a TV and a dresser. The water is included in the rent.
