Asunnolle on helppo kulkea sekä julkisilla että autolla: Bussipysäkki on talon vieressä, ja Tampereen keskustaan pääsee bussilla ja ratikalla 15 minuutissa. Lähin ruokakauppa on 200 metrin päässä ja ostoskeskus Duo löytyy myös kulman takaa.

Asunnossa on 140 cm leveä sänky, 120cm leveä vuodesohva, 43" äly-tv Chromecast-tuella, astianpesukone, pyykinpesukone, uuni, mikro, kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin, leivänpaahdin ja vatkain. Lisäksi asunnossa on tarvittavat välineet ruuanlaittoon ja siivoamiseen sekä lakanat ja pyyhkeet

Asunnon vuokra on 900€ kuukausi ja asukas tekee itse asunnon loppusiivouksen. Vuokraan kuuluu aina vesi, sähkö ja internet sekä lakanat ja pyyhkeet.

Asunnossa tähän mennessä asuneet ovat viihtyneet hyvin. He ovat arvostaneet asunnossa erityisesti siisteyttä, helppoa liikkumista julkisilla sekä Hervannan koulujen ja palveluiden läheisyyttä. ----

The spacious and cozy furnished studio available from 20th of May for one month. The minimum stay is one week , and the apartment has all the necessary equipment for living, cleaning and cooking. The house is only one-year-old, so the apartment is in excellent and clean condition.

It’s easy to arrive by public transport and car: The bus stop is next to the house, and you can get to the center of Tampere in 20 minutes by bus or tram. There are several free street parking spaces near the house. There plenty of shops, restaurants and schools in the area.

The apartment has a 140 cm wide bed, 120 cm wide pull out couch, a 43" smart TV with Chromecast support, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, toaster and electric mixer. In addition, the apartment has the necessary equipment for cooking and cleaning.

the tenant does the final cleaning of the apartment himself. The rent always includes water, electricity and internet.
