Suomeksi: Vuokrataan kalustettu 31 m² opiskelija kaksio Välkkylästä (Raksila) ajalle 1.9.2025–31.1.2026. Asunto on hyväkuntoinen ja sopii hyvin yksittäiselle opiskelijalle tai pariskunnalle. Asunnossa on kaikki tarvittavat kalusteet (sohva, tv-taso, sohvapöytä, ruokapöytä, työpöytä, tuolit, hylly) sekä nettiyhteys reitittimellä. Huomioithan, että kuvissa näkyvät televisio, matot, muu elektroniikka sekä sänky eivät kuulu vuokraan. Voimme kuitenkin hankkia toisen sängyn valmiiksi makuuhuoneeseen sekä meiltä löytyy toinen telkkari käyttöön. Vuokraan sisältyy sähkö-, sähkönsiirto- ja vesilasku. Vuokravakuus on yhden kuukauden vuokran suuruinen (400 €) ja se maksetaan ennen vuokrasuhteen alkua. Sinulla täytyy todentaa olevasi opiskelija esimerkiksi voimassa olevalla opiskelutodistuksella. Avaimet luovutetaan elokuun viimeisellä viikolla, tai tarvittaessa PSOASin toimistosta, mikäli saavut myöhemmin syyskuussa.

In English: A furnished 31 m² apartment (kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom) for sublet in Välkkylä (Raksila) from September 1, 2025, to January 31, 2026. Erasmus students are welcome. The apartment is in very good condition and well suited for a student or a student couple. The apartment includes all necessary furniture (sofa, TV stand, coffee table, dining table, chairs, work desk, shelf) and internet with a router. Please note that the TV, carpets, other electronics, and the bed shown in the pictures are not included. We can arrange another bed in the bedroom before your arrival. We have another TV to give you as well. In addition to the rent, the subtenant is responsible for water charges, electricity, and transmission fees. A security deposit equal to one month’s rent (€400) is required before the rental period begins. Also be ready to prove that you are student with study certificate. Keys will be handed over during the last week of August, or if needed, from the PSOAS office in case you arrive later in September.

📍 About the location: Välkkylä is in the city centre and 7km from the Linnanmaa campus. You can reach it quickly by bus nr. 2,5,8. The departments of the Faculty of Medicine, the University Hospital and Medipolis are within a few minutes walking distance, as is the central train station. There are plenty of shops, a park, a billiard and a sports centre right next to it.
