2020 rakennettu kalustettu kaksio sijaitsee hyvien kulkuyhteyksien päässä Helsingin Pasilan juna-asemalla, Mall of Triplan yläpuolella. Alakerrassa palvelee Pohjoismaiden suurin kauppakeskus, 24/7 ruokakauppa Prisma, laaja ravintolavalikoima, apteekki ja elokuvateatteri. Kauppakeskukseen pääsee kulkemaan asunnosta suoraan sisäkautta.

Vuokran hintaan sisältyy sähkö, vesi (yhdelle henkilölle), 300M Wi-Fi-verkkoyhteys, joka mahdollistaa laadukkaan etätyöskentelyn, sekä vapaa pääsy taloyhtiön kuntosalille sekä pesutupaan. Asunto ja sen irtaimisto on vakuutettu vuokranantajan vakuutuksella, mutta vuokralaisella tulee olla oma irtaimisto- ja vastuuvakuutus. Taloyhtiön palveluihin kuuluvat ylimmässä 12. kerroksessa oleva sauna ja kattoterassi, pyörä- ja ulkoiluvälinevarasto, erikseen vuokrattavat kokoushuone sekä sisäpihalla oleva kylätalo esimerkiksi juhlatilaisuuksia varten.

Asunnosta on lyhyt matka Helsingin keskustaan, messukeskukseen, Veikkausareenalle, Olympiastadionille tai vaikkapa keskuspuistoon luonnon ääreen. Triplasta on erittäin vaivaton junayhteys niin lentokentälle kuin Suomen muihin kaupunkeihin. Tätä 9. kerroksen kalustettua asuntoa vuokrataan toistaiseksi voimassa olevilla sopimuksilla, minimivuokrausaika on 1kk, (ei tyypillinen 1 vuosi). Erilaisista pituuksista voidaan tarvittaessa keskustella. Vuokraukseen voidaan yhdistää myös erilaisia palveluita kuten väli- tai loppusiivousta. Asunnon kalustukseen kuuluu pääsääntöisesti kuvissa näkyvät kalusteet: pyykki- ja tiskikone, 160 cm leveä parisänky, työpöytä, tv, sohva, täysin varusteltu keittiö, ruokapöytä, parvekekalusteet sekä liinavaatteet. Asunnon 12 m² parveke on idän suuntaan, jonka ansiosta asunto ei kuumene kesäkuukausina. Tämän lisäksi asunnon korkea sijainti takaa sen, että esimerkiksi liikenteen äänet eivät kantaudu asuntoon.

Vuokralaisen luottotiedot tarkistetaan ennen vuokrasopimuksen solmimista. Vuokravakuus on 1 kk. Kauppakeskuksen parkkihallista on mahdollista vuokrata autopaikka 230EUR/kk. Taloyhtiön läheisyydessä on myös Helsingin kaupungin 2. vyöhykkeen parkkipaikkoja hyvin saatavilla. Asunnossa tai parvekkeella ei saa pitää lemmikkieläimiä eikä tupakoida.

This furnished two-room apartment, built in 2020, is located with excellent transport connections near Helsinki's Pasila train station, above the Mall of Tripla. Downstairs serves the largest shopping center in the Nordics, a 24/7 grocery store Prisma, a wide selection of restaurants, a pharmacy, and a cinema. You can access the shopping center directly indoors from the apartment.

The rent includes electricity, water (for one person), a 300M Wi-Fi connection that enables high-quality remote work, and free access to the building's gym and laundry room. The apartment and its furnishings are insured by the landlord's insurance, but the tenant must have their own contents and liability insurance. The building's services include a sauna and rooftop terrace on the top 12th floor, bicycle and outdoor equipment storage, separately rentable meeting rooms, and a community house in the courtyard for events.

The apartment is a short distance from Helsinki city center, the convention center, Veikkaus Arena, Olympic Stadium, or the central park for nature. Tripla offers an extremely convenient train connection to both the airport and other cities in Finland. This furnished apartment on the 9th floor is primarily rented with fixed-term contracts, with a minimum rental period of 1 month. Different durations can be discussed if needed. Various services such as intermediate or final cleaning can also be included in the rental. The furnishings mainly include those visible in the pictures: washing machine and dishwasher, 160 cm wide double bed, work desk, TV, sofa, fully equipped kitchen, dining table, balcony furniture, and linens. The apartment's 12 m² balcony faces east, ensuring the apartment stays cool during summer months. Additionally, the high location of the apartment ensures that traffic noise does not reach the apartment.

The tenant's credit information is checked before signing the lease. The rental deposit is 1 month. It is possible to rent a parking space in the shopping center's parking garage. There are also plenty of Helsinki city's Zone 2 parking spaces available nearby. Pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment or on the balcony.
