Bright studio apartment facing the inner courtyard, a spacious bathroom

This bright apartment on the 3rd floor of an elevator building is located on the quiet, park-like inner courtyard side. At the same time, the excellent transport connections of Mannerheimintie (tram lines 3 & 10, buses) are practically right outside the door. Unlike many studio apartments in Meilahti, this apartment features a spacious bathroom.

Keskuspuisto outdoor recreation areas are nearby, as are local street-level services such as the Bon Temps and Le Grenier cafés and a neighborhood grocery store.

The apartment’s kitchen and bathroom were renovated in connection with a completed plumbing renovation in 2016. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, underfloor heating, and a washing machine connection.

The rent includes the right to use a clean and warm 1.6 m² storage unit and the usage of 25M internet connection provided by the housing company. The housing company also offers a communal laundry room and a bicycle storage room.
