We are looking for tenants to a detached house located in Laajasalo (Kaitalahti) Helsinki. Area is know for its natural beauty and close access to ocean. Access to Helsinki city center via car, bus + subway or ferry (15 mins by boat year around to city center). Area is ideal for families with kids with also access to English kindergarten and school. House includes smart tv, washing machine and all other needed equipment. House can be rented fully furnished, partially furnished or without furnishing.

The house has a spacious living room kitchen combination with fireplace and dining table that can be expanded to accommodate large groups, three bedrooms and an additional room in basement that can be transformed to fourth bedroom based on tenants needs. In addition it has a small office room, laundry room, Spa with sauna, bathtub and two showers and 3 bathrooms. From the living room there is access to outdoor deck with a Hot tub (Drop Desingpool) and a small garden. Upstairs has also a balcony. Includes a warm garage with electric car charging and space space for second car.
