The apartment includes a bedroom, living room, office/guest room, kitchen, and a glazed balcony.

The apartment is rented fully furnished. The bedroom bed has high-quality Tempur mattresses (medium and firm), and the guest room has a double sofa bed equipped with Ikea mattresses. The living room projector makes movie nights especially enjoyable. The kitchen has all the utensils and an easy-to-use gas stove/oven, air fryer, and coffee maker (gas is included in the rent). The housing company has a free laundry room, and the tenant also has access to two bicycles. The apartment includes an internet connection.

The building is peaceful, and beautiful jogging and cross-country skiing trails start right next door, leading into nature. Savela Park is about a 5-minute walk away, and there is free parking available on the driveway.
