Sama asunto on vapaana pidemmän aikaa vielä 13.10. - 31.12. Tällöin kuukausivuokra on 1400€; lokakuun osuus 950€. Asunto on hyväkuntoinen, kodikas ja rauhallinen. Talo on rakennettu vuonna 2011 ja asunto on vasta remontoitu. Siinä on kaksi makuuhuonetta, avokeittiö, olohuone, kylpyhuone, sauna ja iso parveke. Hyvät sängyt löytyy kolmelle: 180 cm tempur-parisänky ja 140 cm joustinpatjasänky. Sopii pienelle perheelle tai kämppiksille. Asunnossa on kaikki tarpeellinen liinavaatteista ja pyyhkeistä lähtien. Vuokraan kuuluu sähkö, vesi, wifi ja autopaikka. Asunnon kodinkoneet ovat uudehkoja. Asumme joitain kuukausia pois Suomesta ja siksi tämä vuokra-asuntomme alivuokrataan. Emme saa tästä itsellemme mitään tuottoa vaan vain pyydämme sen, minkä itsekin maksamme. Ota yhteyttä viestillä. Asuntoa voi tulla katsomaan 20.7. asti, kun olemme vielä täällä. The same apartment is available for a longer period from 13.10. - 31.12. In that case, the monthly rent is 1400€; October's share is 950€. The apartment is in good condition, cozy and peaceful. The house was built in 2011 and the apartment has just been renovated. It has two bedrooms, an open kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, a sauna and a large balcony. There are good beds for three: a 180 cm Tempur double bed and a 140 cm bed. Suitable for a small family or roommates. The apartment has everything you need, from bed linen and towels. The rent includes electricity, water, wifi and a parking place. The apartment's appliances are relatively new. We will be living away from Finland for a few months and therefore this rental apartment of ours is being sublet.
