Moi! Alivuokraan mun pienen mutta ihanan ja todella käytännöllisen yksiön Kallion kurvissa. Asunto hieman aikaa nähnyt mutta mielestäni kuitenkin hyvässä ja miellyttävässä kunnossa. Vuokrataan 4-5 kuukaudeksi (aloitusajankohdassa on neuvotteluvaraa) kalustettuna - asunnossa on iso parisänky, puinen lipasto, ruokapöytä neljällä tuolilla ja so vaatekaappi liukuvilla peiliovilla. Myös kasvit jättäisin mielellään asuntoon, jos siitä ei oo vaivaa.

Sijainti on tosi kätevä Kallion keskellä - metro, bussit ja raitiovaunut ihan kodin vieressä, kurvin Lidl ja iso Smarket, ravintolat, baarit jne jne. Vuokra 630/kk sisältää veden, sähkösopimus pitää tehdä erikseen. Perus kotivakuutus hankittava myös. Asuntoon on mahdollista asentaa taloyhtiön netti ilmaiseksi - itse en oo tätä tarvinnut mutta se on optio :)

Subletting my small but lovely cozy studio apartment in Kallio district in Helsinki. It's an older building so has some wear and tear but nothing is broken or dirty so as long as you don't mind a bit of character this is a great apartment to live in. It comes furnished with a big bed, a big wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a dining table with 4 chairs. I would also like to leave my plants if that's alright. Sublet is for 4-5 months - there is some negotiability in the dates especially in the start of the contract. The location is great with all the bars, cafes and restaurants of Kallio on your doorstep and metro, buses and trams that'll take you all around Helsinki. There is a decent sized Lidl right outside the building and a big Smarket about 2 min walk away.

The rent 630/month includes water. Separate electricity contract as well as basic home insurance to be made by the tenant. The housing corporate offers free internet for the tenants, so that is an option if you're interested.
