Neljän hengen yhteisasunto, jossa kämppiksinä työssäkäyviä naisia. Keittiön kodinkoneet ja astiat ovat vuokralaisen käytettävissä. Pyykinpesukone. Taloyhtiössä on sauna, uima-allas ja pesutupa. Taloyhtiössä on meneillään putkiremontti, joka valmistuu tämän asunnon osalta marraskuun lopussa, uusine kylpyhuoneineen. Taloyhtiön yhteistilat (pesutupa, sauna ja uima-allas) ovat käytettävissä vasta maaliskuussa 2023.

Erinomaiset kulkuyhteydet. Metrolle on muutaman minuutin kävely (n. 350 metriä), ja yöbussi pysähtyy talon kohdalla.

Vuokralaiselta toivotaan rauhallista, yhteisasumiseen sopivaa elämänmenoa. Koska kyseessä on yhteisasunto, se ei sovellu bilekämpäksi, ja lemmikit ja sisätupakointi on kielletty.

Available from November end or December 2022. The building company is undergoing a plumbing renovation, which will be completed for this apartment at the end of November, with a new bathroom. The building company's common facilities (laundry room, sauna and swimming pool) will not be available until March 2023. Rent is going to rise after plumbing work starting from december > 450€. Room with balcony +20€ and water fee is 20€/person. Internet connection price will be announced later.

Your roommates are women who work, so calm living is desirable. The kitchen equipment can be used freely. The house has a sauna, swimming pool and laundry room. The appartment has it's own laundry machine.

Excellent public transport. Metro is a few minutes walk away (about 350 m), and the night bus stops by the house.

Looking for a peaceful tenant who is used to shared-flat living. As this is a shared accommodation it is not suitable for partying, and pets and indoor smoking are prohibited.
