The eight-story building includes studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. Each home has its own sauna and a glazed balcony. The city center and market square are within walking distance, and nature is also close by. A gym is located on the adjacent lot, and Logomo’s cultural services are nearby as well.

There are 29 covered parking spaces available (€45/month) and 20 rooftop spaces (€25/month).

The water prepayment is €20/person/month, with adjustments based on each apartment’s actual water usage. A 50 Mbit/s internet connection is included in the rent. Pets are welcome in our apartments. The notice period for right-of-occupancy apartments is three months.
